Senior iOS Engineer - £100,000 – £120,000 | London | Hybrid 3 days a week in office.The OpportunityWe’re partnered with a scaling SaaS business building intelligent mobile experiences for frontline and distributed workforces.This is a high-ownership iOS role within a small, high-impact mobile function, where you will have real influence across product direction, architecture decisions, and new strategic initiatives.The team is growing from 2 iOS engineers to 3, working alongside 3 Android engineers in aligned squads. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and real product influence rather than being limited to component-level development.You’ll be joining a product-led engineering environment where mobile is a core part of the platform strategy.The ProductThe platform is a mobile-first employee experience and operational tooling product designed for distributed and frontline workforces.The team is currently focused on several strategic areas including:AI-driven knowledge and search capabilitiesSmarter task and workflow management toolingNew mobile experiences supporting operational productivityOngoing platform and feature evolutionWork will be a mix of new product development and ongoing platform refinement at scale.The Mobile Team & CultureYou’ll be joining a dedicated mobile function within a collaborative, high-visibility environment.There is genuine influence across product and engineering, with engineers encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape technical direction.The team works in aligned iOS and Android squads, with flexibility depending on candidate strengths.A notable strength of the organisation is team longevity and retention, with several engineers having worked across the business for extended periods.
