Quality & Regulatory Lead London (2 days) / HybridWe’re partnering with a high-growth, founder-led wellness brand that’s scaling rapidly across the UK and international markets.They’re now looking for a Quality & Regulatory Lead to come in and take real ownership of compliance, quality systems and technical governance as the business continues its expansion across new regions and product formats.This is a build role, not a maintenance one.You’ll be stepping into a business that has achieved significant growth and momentum, and now needs someone to bring structure, clarity and direction across regulatory and quality – without slowing the pace down.The RoleThis is a broad, hands-on position sitting close to product and leadership, with responsibility across:Leading regulatory compliance across multiple markets (UK, EU, international)Building and improving quality systems, processes and documentationManaging claims, pack copy and product information to ensure complianceWorking closely with 3rd party manufacturers to define and uphold standardsSupporting new product launches and expansion into new formatsBringing a commercially aware approach to technical risk and decision-makingWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in supplements, wellness, or nutritional products category (including meal replacement / functional nutrition)Background within growth / challenger brands (SME → scale-up)Comfortable covering technical, quality, and regulatory – not just one laneExperience (or exposure) to building frameworks such as recall procedures, documentation, and future QC structuresStrong understanding of multi-market compliance (UK/EU essential, wider exposure a plus)Proactive, hands-on and confident influencing stakeholdersWhy This Role?Join a founder-led challenger brand with serious growth ambitionsReal ownership and visibility from day oneOpportunity to build out a function as the business scalesWork closely with a highly entrepreneurial leadership teamA role that will evolve quickly as the business growsApply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation.
