What You Will DoManage one or more service projects from initiation to completionLiaise with all relevant departments to meet technical, commercial, and quality objectivesCommunicate directly with clients on technical matters with support from the Engineering Group where neededMaintain accurate project documentation including PO schedules and cost recordsEnsure engineering compliance and project quality through all phasesHandle variation quotations and coordinate with Sales for customer relationsOversee timely invoicing, progress tracking, and resource coordinationSupport quoting, testing, commissioning, and customer visits as requiredDeliver projects on schedule and within budgetMaximise project margins and minimise reworkAchieve customer satisfaction and foster positive relationshipsDrive continual improvement in project delivery and outcomes What We Look ForEssentialSolid understanding of mechanical engineeringGood standard of English and MathsConfident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Nitro PDFProfessional and courteous telephone manner Desirable:Degree in Engineering or in Control, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering #LI-VS2#LI-NT1#LI-Hybrid#RMDFL
