Job Summary:

Expert participation in the procedures for confirming the conformity of products imported by the company to the territory of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Responsibilities:

1. Acceptance and implementation of requests for preparation for work to confirm the conformity of products received from the top management of the company (collection of information, coordination of codes, verification of markings, documentation, etc.).

2. Acceptance and fulfillment of requests from the logistics department for customs purpose and complying the local legislation.

3. Analysis of a set of documents (including operational and other documentation) necessary to launch the procedure for confirming (certifying) compliance

4. Preparation of a set of documents necessary for launching and further carrying out the conformity assessment (certification) procedure, including applications, statements, models of conformity certificates, a declaration of conformity, etc.

5. Metrology

6. Follow up documentation support during pre-sale and execution stages of project

7. Local purchasing activities to support office needs

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and well-organized workplace and ensure that all best practices and safety initiatives are followed.
• Track work volume to ensure proper staffing levels to achieve customer service goals
• Participate in new initiatives as requested

Qualifications:

• Higher education in certification and\or metrology
• 3+ years of experience in similar role
• Knowledge of normative and legal acts, guidelines and methodological materials regulating work on conformity assessment (certification) of products, technical regulations of the Customs Union.
• Experience in certification of industrial equipment in different certification systems
• Experience in high level negotiation with decision makers
• Flexibility in adapting to changes in the environment, expectations and priorities
• Up-to-date knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding CS, logistics, standardization and certification
• Confident user of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, web application skills
