• Collecting and verifying customer identification documents.

• Conducting initial risk assessments.

• Communicating with clients to clarify KYC requirements.

• Manage and cultivate relationships with assigned (U)HNW clients.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.

• Identify clients’ financial needs and goals, and provide appropriate banking services and products.

• Assist clients in the management of their portfolios, balancing risk and reward.

• Coordinate with other departments/external partners/providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice.

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain and expand client relationships.

• Address any client complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor client accounts regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare regular reports on clients’ portfolio performance.
