Homeroom Teacher

Responsibilities:

o Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms

o Provide basic needs for children during classroom activities as well during food breaks

• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents

o Maintaining calm communication in possible crisis situations and resolving those in a mature and respectful ways

• Managing classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals

• Track childrens’ progress and report to parents

• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, clean up their own classroom

• Help children reach developmental milestones

• Collaborate with others to implement lesson plans

• Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills through conversation and interaction

• Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times

• Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies

• Facilitate various activities for children including songs, games and storytelling

• Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures

• Female staff members assisting young children in physiological needs in respectful manner, including preparing for scheduled naps and assisting after naps with clothes changing/dressing up.

Requirements:

Only Native Speakers

High school Diploma as Educator

Passion for Teaching kids

Candidates should be reliable, energetic, athletic, loving working with children.

Age group 2-5 years old kids.

Certification or degree related to early childhood or preschool or elementary education is desirable, but not mandatory.

Advanced level of English.

First Aid Certificate.

Patience and understanding with children

Being positive, supportive, punctual and encouraging demeanor can help create a positive learning environment for students.

Speaks and teaches in English only.

Assesses each child' s developmental needs on an ongoing basis.

Plans with the Head teacher and implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the center' s curriculum outlines and materials.

Conditions:

Only Official Working days in Kazakhstan. Monday-Friday,

08:00-17:00.
