We are currently looking for Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel to join the team.

The person will:

• Provide full range of legal advice and services among the designated departments
• Guide employees of the designated departments in resolving complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures
• Solve complex problems, understand the needs and expectations of business partners, take a broad perspective to identify solutions
• Support the business (Human Pharma and Animal Health) in the achievement of business objectives by communicating advice of the legal department and managing legal risks
• Organize and take control over the monitoring of all changes in legislation which can affect the Company proactively inform internal stakeholders on the relevant changes in legislation
• Draft, review and approve contracts within designated departments, and mitigate legal risks related with conclusion and execution of the contracts
• Interact with public authorities on relevant matters
• Manage litigation on various matters including enforcement proceedings
• Implement, adapt and distribute internal Legal department related policies and procedures
• Proactively participate in various internal projects of Legal department aimed to raise visibility, accountability and other values within the Company.

Our requirements:

• Diploma Degree (Legal)
• Experience as a lawyer in international company 8 years +
• Excellent knowledge and experience in anti-trust, anti-bribery, corporate, advertising, healthcare, civil, regulatory, pharmaceutical, public tender laws
• English – Upper-Intermediate
• Ability to influence and build relationships on all organizational levels
• Experience in project work
• Ability to work independently
• Positive and initiative approach
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
