Your Mission

You will be in the RU Leadership Team reporting to VP Russia in a close cooperation with HQ Finance Team. You will be managing the finance department in Russia, ensuring the company' s financial health and growth. You will act as the finance business partner, to ensure the organization makes efficient investments and manages its costs in the most efficient way.

Your responsibilities:

• Adapt, develop and deliver overall financial strategy to Russian business reality, create Finance agenda for Russia in accordance with global company standards
• Oversee the day to day operations of the finance and accounting departments, by providing strong professional leadership and managing a team of more than 10 employees
• Ensure that group finance procedures are adapted and applied in Russia
• Own the execution of company financial plans including budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses
• Monitor external business and economic conditions impacting Russia
• Closely monitor the latest tax and accounting law updates to foresee their possible impact on the Russian subsidiaries
• Provide timely and accurate reportings, while working on enhancing precision and tightening deadlines
• Understand business strategy and provide relevant economical and financial advice to leadership
• Lead the process relating to liquidity and treasury management, providing full treasury autonomy of subsidiaries
• Lead all types of audits in which the subsidiaries are involved

Your qualifications

• 10 years corporate finance experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
• Bachelor' s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven ownership of financial reporting, financial processes, and key metrics in multi-faceted businesses
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Hands-on approach
• High attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset and systemic approach, quantitative and reporting skills
• Strong leader and strategic business partner
• Superior analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, with effective skills in negotiation, contracting and change management
• You embrace change, are able to prioritize and focus on added-value tasks while being humble and enjoying to share & learn from others
• Fluent in English
