Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a Marketing Manager in Moscow

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager Vision will report to Marketing Director Vision and have responsibility for:

• Portfolio strategy One Vision (CL, CEH, IOLs, equipment) (incl pipeline development, pricing, roles, differentiation, compete,)
• Executional lead of NPIs
• Be strong local voice for Local-to-region connect on portfolio
• Mkt-to Sales support on NPIs/portfolio, incl tracking of portfolio performance and working on plan of action
• Prof Marketing Strategy and executional lead
• Managing the team of 3 professionals

Key Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, marketing)
• Successful working experience as a marketing manager or equivalent role
• Working experience in marketing for 5+ years within international companies in the medical sector
• Proven experience in managing a team (at least 2 people)
• Proficient English (minimum Upper Intermediate)

Special knowledge and skills:

• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional teams managing
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for 3-5 years
• Proven experience in developing and successfully launching new products
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing concepts and campaigns
• Proven ability to develop and implement a professional marketing strategy
