We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. We are open to candidates with little or no prior experience in lead generation—if you’re motivated, quick to learn, and eager to grow in the tech industry, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll get the necessary support and mentoring to succeed.

What You' ll Do:

• Identify potential clients on LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms, and develop the existing customer base.

• Analyze the market and target specific industries/companies.

• Write personalized outreach messages to potential clients across the US, UK, EU, and the Middle East.

• Participate in introductory meetings with potential clients, presenting our services and solutions.

• Enter leads/prospects into our CRM system (HubSpot).

• Engage in marketing campaigns to support lead generation efforts.

• Report on your monthly KPIs, get feedback, and strive for continuous improvement

• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.

What We Expect from You:

• A strong desire to break into the field with a proactive and coachable attitude.

• Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Interest in learning tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other lead generation platforms.

• A professional LinkedIn profile (500+ connections is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants).

• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

• Understanding business etiquette in cross-cultural environments.

• A results-driven mindset and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
