HR Director (HRD)

We are a leading venture capital firm with 350+ successful projects on Roblox, experiencing explosive growth with a 16x revenue increase in the last six months. As we scale, we’re looking for an exceptional HRD to join our team and drive our people and processes forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Acquisition: Build and optimize hiring processes to quickly fill roles at a low cost, while ensuring quality and speed in candidate selection.

• Business Operations: Design and manage key HR workflows, compensation structures, benefits, and employee support systems. Align HR initiatives with company goals and foster transparency.

• Performance Management: Support managers in handling underperformance and help high-performing employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Ensure effective team distribution and resource allocation.

• Office & Resources Management: Oversee office operations or manage remote employee resources, ensuring teams have everything they need to work efficiently.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of building scalable systems and managing high-performing teams.

• Startup experience is a strong advantage — we’re looking for someone comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.

• B2+ English level to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results across multiple departments.

• A proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency, employee satisfaction, and business outcomes.
