What you' ll be doing

• Own critical pieces of operations and get things done, fast
• Help build processes from the ground up (and rebuild them when needed)
• Work across product, legal, customer support, and partner communication
• Triage problems, track down answers, and drive tasks to the finish line
• Collaborate directly with founders and learn how the business really works
• Use tools like ChatGPT as your co-pilot — not your crutch

What we’re looking for

• Quick thinker and faster doer — you get the job done before someone finishes explaining it
• You love learning and actively seek out new tools, shortcuts, and systems
• You know how to talk to people — and AI — effectively
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure chaos
• Passion for fintech, crypto, fast-growing tech businesses
• Fluent written and spoken English

• STEM/technical background
• Previous startup or ops experience
