Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Lead the transformation and automation of HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Establish key HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and effectiveness.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation and career development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.
- Drive engagement initiatives to build a strong company culture.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Develop a competitive compensation and benefits structure.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage payroll and HR administration in collaboration with finance.
5. HR Systems & Digitalization
- Implement and optimize HRIS and other digital tools.
- Support data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and reporting.

- Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in HR management, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
- Expertise in: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Digitalization, and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Kazakhstan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and digital tools.
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
- Certifications: CIPD, HRCI, SHRM or equivalent international HR certification.
