LeverX is looking for a talented Corporate Travel Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage the internal team' s travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

• Provide full support with business visa applications, including document preparation and communication with embassies and consulates

• Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and legal requirements

• Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with hotels and travel service providers

• Handle urgent travel changes or disruptions, providing quick and effective solutions

• Look for opportunities to enhance travel efficiency and reduce costs

• Assist employees before, during, and after business trips

Must-have:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills

• Proven experience in a travel management role (B2B experience is an advantage)

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools

• Knowledge of visa application procedures for various countries

• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work under pressure

• A customer-oriented mindset.
