Team leader.

Job purpose:

PV Engineer -Electrical and mechanical Engineer in charge of the support of SEM?, Able to monitor the plants, recognize further problem and react putting in place all the necessary action in order to manage the technicians and drive them through the solution of the problem.

Role dimensions:

Mechanical and Electrical MV/LV Engineer.

Minimum requirements:

• Skilled in DC, AC, LV and MV testing and maintenance included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, insulation resistance testing etc.
• Electrical Engineer with solid skills in mechanical domains.
• Knowledges in PV domain will be appreciated.

Job Description:

•The Mechanical and Electrical Engineer is the person appointed to have overall charge and responsibility for the maintenance of electrical equipment on the installation. Perform and document daily Electrical work order.
•He is in charge also all the mechanical aspects on the site ( Pannels, Diesel, fire fighting ..) , excepted the trackers
•He shall be able to manage the technicians and supervise main preventive maintenance activities.
•He modifies and/or create the maintenance procedures
•Responds to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair.
•Conducting on‐site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting and repair of solar
photovoltaic equipment.
•Monitor upcoming maintenance create and distribute work orders manage Electrical level and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure procedures and documentation are maintained on a timely basis.
•Identify unsafe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazards.

Internal: Lead Site Engineer, Lead Tracker Engineer, Foreman electrical Specialized technician, Electrical specialized technicians, Electricians Dc side, Field Technicians men
External: N/A.

• Salary negotiable during job interview.

• Language required: English and Uzbek.
• Transportation will be provided by Employer.
• Contract duration: fixed term.
• Starting date: June 2025.
