Duties:

• Must be friendly and respectful to the guests
• Thoroughly know the menu and wine list
• Know and accurately follow all rules of serving
• Know and follow safety rules
• Provide service to restaurant guests in accordance with Hilton standards
• Provide service during conferences and banquets.

Requirement:

• 1-3 years of experience would be preferred
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• Responsibility and discipline
• Developed visual memory
• The ability to distribute attention
• Physical endurance.
