- Make decisions on matters within his/her competence
- Provide advice on legal issues to other subdivisions and employees of the Company
- Represent the Company in the courts, state bodies, local state administration and self-government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other institutions and organizations, before officials and other third parties on the issues within the competence of the Legal Department in the established order on the basis of the Power of Attornerequest and obtain information, reference and other materials from the Company subdivisions required for performing the activity of the Legal Department
- In accordance with the procedure set forth in the Regulations on the Legal Department, involve employees of other divisions of the Company to develop draft regulatory documents on the Company activities, as well as to carry out activities organized by the Legal Department in accordance with the duties assigned to it
- Sign and approve documents on matters within their competence
- Refuse to approve and sign documents if they do not meet the established requirements in form or substance, if the required Counterparty Documents (copies thereof) are not attached or the attached Counterparty Documents (copies thereof) do not comply with RUz legislation, if the necessary visas of the Company Subdivisions are missing on the documents refuse to approve and sign documents on issues outside the competence of the Legal Department, as well as documents of non-legal nature

To organize and control the collection, preparation and execution of the necessary documents on other corporate matters of the Company

Arrange for the timely acquisition and renewal of the rights to use the Company trademarks and other intellectual property of The Coca-Cola Company and other agreed-upon third parties (further jointly referred to as the TCCS )

To implement and participate in the digitalization of the processes of the Legal Department, to make proposals for the optimization of the document flow and the implementation of digital technologies in the activities of the Legal Department and the Company

To compile, systematically record and store (prior to transferring it to the Company archive) materials on corporate matters of the Company

To organize and conduct training for the Company employees and business partners on legal issues, law enforcement issues and/or the activities of the Legal Department

To ensure timely and proper document and information exchange in the work of the Legal Department
- Higher professional education in Law
- Work experience
- English language level-C1
- Russion language level -C1
- Uzbek language level-C1
- Communication skills

Ability to work with large volumes

Schedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00
