• Responsible for project procurement strategy formulation and implementation for delivery projects and implement project procurement strategies.
• Supplier qualification and selection: Organize the supplier qualification and supplier selection for delivery projects.
• Project procurement business and cost baselines: Set, maintain, optimize procurement business and cost baselines.
• Standardize business operations in the framework of procurement processes.
  Supplier resource safeguards: Effectively take supplier resource safeguard measures for important project.
• Match supply and demand, coordinate supplier resources for project delivery, and promote timely solutions to major subcontract and quality issues.
• Routine supplier management: With the guidance of PD (project director), participate in routine management of important suppliers, and organize performance appraisals, communication, relevant agreement signing, meetings, and training for important suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration or Engineering field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
