Responsibilities:

• Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software
• Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments
• Coordinating with third-party technical support services
• Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack
• Setting up user workstations
• Keeping track of IT equipment and supplies, assisting in inventory management
• Documenting all technical procedures and incidents
• Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management)
• Providing technical support to users
• Administering Google Workspace
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience with Docker and containerization basics
• Experience with CloudFlare, GitHub
• Administration of enterprise-class antivirus software (Checkpoint)
• Experience with backup systems
