International innovative Company (B2B) is seeking a talented and seasoned Sales Director to lead Companies’ sales efforts to the next level. As the head of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor' s (is a must)
· Fluency in English
· 7+ years of sales experience in a B2B\industrial\manufacturing environment on Russian & CIS market
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong experience in strategic account management and retention
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
· Experience developing target account strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, and negotiating pricing, packaging, and delivery terms
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets
· Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
· Prospects and contacts potential clients to create a sales pipeline for
· Attends trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients from different industries
· Monitor industry trends and product demand
· Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
