We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer
Location: AKSAY, Kazakhstan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Civil Construction, Building & Structure Engineering, Engineering Systems, or related field
Experience: 4–5 years, preferably on industrial, civil or infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
-In-depth knowledge of civil codes and regulations (SP RK, SN RK, Eurocode), GOSTs, TKP, and other standards governing building design, construction, and operation
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret design documentation: drawings, diagrams, specifications
-Familiarity with construction technologies and methods
-Estimating fundamentals: volume take-off, materials & labor cost calculations
-Preparation and maintenance of as-built (“executive”) documentation and regular reporting
-Proficiency in specialized design & analysis software (AutoCAD, LIRA, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, etc.)
-Strong organizational skills and experience managing small teams
-Excellent communication for coordination with designers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders
-Sound decision-making under pressure and prompt response to site emergencies
-Coordination with other disciplines (piping, electrical, mechanical) to ensure clash-free 3D models
-Participation in model reviews and integration of feedback into updated deliverables
