Front-end Developer (React) for GetGenAI - a venture-backed startup pioneering the automation of content review processes for highly regulated industries (remote).

GetGenAI is a California-based startup focused on developing a universal inspector for any content validation needs. Our product offers instant verification of images, posts, texts, decks, and videos against a comprehensive range of criteria, including industry best practices, regulatory compliance, client briefs, and more.

Whether ensuring job postings attract the right candidates, verifying cannabis product compliance, or aligning influencer content with client expectations, our platform automates the review process, enhancing efficiency and optimizing performance.

• Collaborate closely with Sr. frontend engineer, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces, ensuring high performance and cross-platform compatibility

• Integrate with APIs to ensure seamless interaction between the frontend and backend services, enabling efficient data flow and a cohesive user experience.

• Analyze user interaction data and feedback to inform continuous improvements in UI/UX, contributing to an iterative design and development process.

• Maintain code quality through version control practices, and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

• Fluent English - you should be able to communicate with team members freely.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field.

• Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

• Proficiency in React.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a commitment to iterative development and continuous improvement.

8 hours with a minimum 2 hour intersection with California, USA (PST time zone) and Europe (CET time zone), please check the time zones difference here.

Preferred location: Candidates based in Serbia or Turkey are highly preferred, but this is not a strict requirement.

— Full-time job (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we will consider only the candidates with no other commitments like plans to combine this job with another. We are looking for a full commitment and dedication.

— Fully remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a laptop to work from, a great internet connection, and an opportunity to adjust your working hours with the schedule of the team in California.
