Вы будете руководить командой, осуществлять оперативное руководство и координацию клинических исследований на местном и международном уровне, планировать и исполнять бюджеты и проекты клинических исследований, руководить процессом научных публикаций, контролировать операционные процессы и обеспечивать соблюдение нормативных требований и стандартов AbbVie. Вы будете выстраивать прочные профессиональные отношения с внутренними и внешними заинтересованными сторонами, включая медицинских экспертов, регулирующие органы и внутренние команды AbbVie.

Position: Medical Operations & Evidence Generation Lead (MO& EG Lead)

Reporting to: Affiliate Medical Director

Role Overview: This role is responsible for leading the Medical Operations & Evidence Generation Team. You will provide operational leadership and coordination for local and global clinical research activities, develop and manage affiliate research staff, plan and execute clinical research budgets and projects, lead the scientific publication process, oversee operational processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and AbbVie standards. You will build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical experts, regulatory authorities, and internal AbbVie teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor the affiliate clinical research team
• Manage clinical research resourcing, talent acquisition, and retention processes
• Plan and manage local research budget and clinical research activities
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and local regulations
• Oversee scientific publication planning and execution for the affiliate
• Support annual strategic and financial planning for Medical Affairs
• Develop and maintain Medical Affairs SOPs, training matrices, and organizational documentation
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, organizations, and authorities
• Lead operational planning and support the Affiliate Medical Director in key business processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Medical degree or bachelor’s in health sciences (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 3 years in team or project management
• Broad understanding of drug development, clinical trial methodology, and regulatory environment
• Proven budget management and planning skills
• Strong commitment to compliance and scientific quality
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) ability to use MS Project for planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• High adaptability, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as needed
