A large international company requires Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Contractual work: drafting, revision, approval of various types of contracts including but not limited distribution agreements, service agreements, bonus agreements, supply contracts (import/export), other contracts (services, purchase, marketing, etc.)
• Development of templates of legal documents (contracts, applications, letters, policies, etc.). Verification of contracts for compliance with the developed templates
• Company internal documents review (policies, orders, instructions)
• Providing legal advisory upon request from Company business units
• Commercial litigation (preparing legal position, claim application, participating in court sessions, enforcement proceedings)
• Review and response public authorities requests.

• Higher education
• Experience in law (contractual work) not less than 3 years
• English - upper-intermediate and higher.
