Job Responsibilities：
1、Formulate and implement recruitment plans according to business development needs, covering the entire process of job requirement analysis, recruitment channel expansion, resume screening, interview evaluation, etc., to ensure the timely delivery of suitable talents to the business team.
2、Be responsible for handling employee onboarding and resignation procedures, including onboarding guidance, document review, labor contract signing and management, exit interviews, etc., to ensure compliant and orderly employee relations.
3、Ensure that the human resource management of business departments complies with local labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, promptly convey and implement the company' s human resource policies, and prevent employment risks.
4、Assist business departments in team management and provide professional human resource support, including employee performance counseling, team conflict mediation, employee care, etc., to enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
5、Track the human resource status of business departments, analyze human resource data (such as staff turnover rate, human efficiency, etc.), provide human resource support suggestions for business decisions, and help achieve business goals.

Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor' s degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, among which at least 3 years of experience in business BP positions is preferred.
2、Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian, with good English communication skills preferred able to communicate smoothly with business teams and the company' s headquarters across languages.
3、Familiar with labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, with rich experience in compliant operations in employee recruitment, contract management, resignation handling, etc.
4、Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and pressure resistance ability able to quickly adapt to business changes and actively provide human resource support to business departments.
