PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

We are looking for a qualified Logistic Specialist to support all logistic operations in our recently opened CIS market subsidiary and ensure they’re aligned with business goals.

Reporting directly to the Logistic Manager of CIS market subsidiary, Logistic Specialist will be responsible for smooth execution of logistics flows, ensuring efficient import processes and operations for CIS markets in line with the global legal priorities and business strategy.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Administration of the goods (sales items and merchandising materials) via internal programs, cooperation with HQ and other local departments
• Interacting with partners (CIS countries) on orders completing, payments tracking, shipping documentation, shipments status
• Organizing process of international transportation to Kazakhstan and CIS countries (Air & Trucks)
• Arranging customs clearance (IM, EX), direct cooperation with brokerage companies, compliance control of declared information with the legislation of Kazakhstan
• Issuing of serial certification for the new products
• Ensuring and organizing warehouse work on acceptance, labelling and stocking of goods
• Cooperation with local warehouse in charge of planning, preparation and transportation of shipments to the partners in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• 3+ years of professional experience in Logistic in an international company (retail, FMCG, pharma)
• Higher education, preferably in Logistic or another technical domain
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Russian and English
• Knowledge and expertise in different logistic fields: administration of orders, import experience, customs clearance, international transportation
• Thorough knowledge of Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing environment with multitasking and ambiguity
• High level of self-management, strong planning and organizational skills

The company provides: a fixed salary level + mobile phone service + corporate taxi + voluntary health insurance (for an employee + 1 family member) + an annual bonus of 8% of the annual salary
