Supports daily HR operations, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. Key Responsibilities include:

• Administrative Support: Assist the HR team and manager with various human resources functions and initiatives.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and secure employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR programs, policies, and issues.
• Payroll & Benefits: May be involved in processing payroll and administering employee benefits.
• Compliance: Ensure work visas, permits, and other documentation are correct and up-to-date.
• HRIS & Systems: Use HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and property records.

Candidate Profile:

• HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles and employment law. Experience in hospitality HR is an advantage
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with staff.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve staff concerns effectively.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.
• Adaptability: Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hotel environment.
