Responsibilities

• Area of responsibility – sell out on the territory
• Organization of the work of promoters in federal and regional chains: recruitment, training, control, development
• Interaction with the stores / markets administration
• Interaction with potential and existing partners
• Help in marketing activities organization, monitoring compliance with standards
• Other actions for increasing sales results
• Reporting

Requirements

• University degree

• Intermediate English and Fluent Russian
• Good communication and negotiation nskills
• Proven sales skills
• Analytical skills
• Team management and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of retail market operations
• Minimal experience in similar role of 2-3 years
