Are you an HR expert who’s structured, proactive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We' re looking for a Leading HR Specialist to drive forward our onboarding experience, diversity & inclusion efforts, and talent acquisition strategies.

Your Key Areas of Impact:

Onboarding

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our Onboarding Program for all levels of employees—from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Design and implement an Onboarding Matrix to ensure consistency, clarity, and an exceptional experience across departments.
• Partner with HR Bps, cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding aligns with role expectations, and business strategy.
• Monitor and measure onboarding effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators, reports, analytics

Wellbeing

• Leading all wellbeing activities

Talent Acquisition and EVP

• Lead and execute scalable hiring strategies across departments.
• Own and evolve the employee referral program.
• Collaborate on employer branding and represent us in key hiring events.
• Drive and support HR projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and inclusive hiring.
• Collaboration with universities: guest lectures, job fairs, CCI Ambassador Program
• CCI Generation – free internship program for students
• SMM plan to strengthen CCI’s employer brand
• Hosting reference visits for external companies

Lead innovative HR projects across onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee experience.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in onboarding/D& I and recruitment (with real, hands-on achievements in these areas).
• Highly accountable and results-driven, with a structured approach to project execution.
• Naturally initiative-taking—you see opportunities and act on them.
• Adaptable and eager to grow in a dynamic, evolving company.
