Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including supply, distribution, logistics, marketing, and service agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to antitrust, advertising, consumer protection, competition, labor law, and internal policies.
• Conduct legal reviews of contracts, orders, directives, and other documents to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
• Liaise with government authorities, business partners, and external legal advisors.
• Support projects related to the launch of new products and marketing campaigns.
• Identify and manage legal risks, and contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Handle claims and disputes: prepare documentation related to damages, thefts, shortages, and manage pre-litigation processes.
• Represent the company in courts, government bodies, and in dealings with counterparties.
• Monitor compliance with laws, internal regulations, occupational health and safety standards.
• Inform management about risks to life, health, property, and business operations, as well as any violations.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the legal field experience in FMCG companies or law firms with relevant practice is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, and antitrust legislation.

• Strong analytical skills and resilience under pressure.

Languages:

• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian is mandatory.
• English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet research tools.
