The Manager performs the following duties and responsibilities:

Education requirements (level, field, licenses, professional certifications, etc.):

• Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with the English language of instruction
• Bachelor' s degree in computer science, statistics, data science, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Work experience requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting
• experience in using database systems and manipulating data
• experience in writing technical specifications for the development of interfaces and functional modules for large information and analytical systems (applicable to student data accounting, would be an advantage)

Knowledge

• advanced user of Microsoft software products: Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
• advance user of SQL
• familiarity with project management preferred
• knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Status of Nazarbayev University, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, and Nazarbayev Fund”, as well as other legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of data governance, data usage and protection, personal data storage and maintenance.
