- Maintaining full accounting and tax records in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
- Preparation and submission of financial statements.
- ERP Implementation: ODOO.
- Control and organization of financial and accounting processes.
- Interaction with audit and regulatory authorities.
- Management of the accounting team (2-4 accountant).
- Updating accounting policies
- Participation in the implementation of the ERP system
- Tax accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Deputy Chief accountant or Chef Accountant (preferably in the UAE).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in accounting reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, ODOO.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Native Russian speaker English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience with Big4 companies will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies will be an additional advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) will be a plus.
- Willingness to work in an office environment in Dubai.
- Work in a modern office located in the heart of Dubai.
- A 5-day workweek.
