What do we expect you to do?

• ensure compliance with the law in the company' s activities and protection of its legal interests
• carry out legal expertise of draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards and other legal acts prepared by the company
• organize the preparation of opinions on the legal issues of the company, as well as draft regulations provide methodological guidance for legal work in the company, clarification of the current legislation and the procedure for its application, provision of legal assistance to structural divisions
• if necessary, represent the interests of the enterprise in court, in state and public organizations participate in the preparation and conclusion of contracts
• lead the work of the legal team, monitor discipline, ensure proper performance

What will you bring along?

• higher legal education
• experience as a lawyer for at least 8-10 years, of which at least 2 years as head of the legal service knowledge of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• knowledge of English at the level of upper-intermediate
• ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance, excellent communication skills

• Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
