• Support the development, planning, and execution of the brand marketing calendar and marketing activities
• Participate in the development and launch of new products, including involvement in product positioning sessions
• Assist in development of communication strategies and digital activations, including SMM
• Coordinate development of advertising and communication materials in collaboration with creative and media agencies, including approval processes
• Manage packaging adaptation in line with global guidelines and local market requirements
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare insights-based recommendations
• Support the preparation of short-term brand and product promotion plans
• Analyze internal brand KPIs and performance metrics
• Track annual and monthly category budgets, including accruals and budget control
• Coordinate with suppliers and support documentation and reporting processes
• Prepare and submit regular (monthly) brand and marketing reports
• Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to support brand-related initiatives.

• 1–2+ years of experience in Marketing (Junior Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist, Assistant, internship)
• Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage
• Experience working in an international company and/or advertising agency is a plus
• Analytical skills and ability to work with research results, reviews, and reports (e.g. Nielsen)
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• English proficiency at Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level or above
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
