2.1. Ensures compliance with labor protection laws and other regulatory legal acts on occupational health and safety and environmental protection within the Company' s departments and the Client' s organization ensures that the Company' s and Client' s employees receive the established benefits and compensations for working conditions.

2.2. Studies working conditions at the Company' s and Client' s workplaces, prepares and submits proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced protective equipment designs, safety and locking devices, and other means of protection against hazardous and harmful production factors.

2.3. Participates in inspections and surveys of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery, and mechanisms, assesses the effectiveness of ventilation systems, the condition of sanitary and technical devices, sanitary facilities, and collective and individual protective equipment for employees, and determines their compliance with regulatory legal acts on labor protection and safety. If violations are identified that pose a threat to the life and health of employees or could lead to an accident, takes measures to stop the operation of machines, equipment, and production activities in workshops, on sites, and at workplaces.

2.4. Leads the development and implementation of measures to prevent occupational diseases and industrial accidents, improve working conditions, and bring them up to the standards set by regulatory legal acts on labor protection and safety, as well as provides organizational assistance in implementing the developed measures.

2.5. Monitors the timeliness of necessary tests and technical inspections of equipment, machinery, and mechanisms by the relevant services, compliance with schedules for measuring hazardous and harmful production factors, fulfillment of prescriptions by state supervision and control bodies regarding compliance with current labor protection norms, rules, and instructions, and labor safety standards in the production process, as well as in projects for new and reconstructed production facilities, and participates in their commissioning.

2.6. Participates in consideration of the issue of compensation by the employer for damage caused to employees by injury, occupational disease or other health damage related to the performance of their labor duties.

2.7. Conducts introductory briefing on labor protection and safety with all newly hired employees, employees on business trips, pupils and students who arrived for industrial training or practice at the Company and the Customer. And keep a corresponding log of the mentioned briefing.

2.8. Participate in the preparation of the “Occupational Health and Safety” section of the collective agreement (if any), in the investigation of occupational injuries, occupational and industrial diseases, study their causes, analyze the effectiveness of measures taken to prevent them.

2.9. Supervises the organization of purchase, storage, issue, washing, dry cleaning, drying, degreasing and repair of special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment, the condition of safety devices and protective devices, as well as the correct spending of funds allocated for the implementation of occupational health and safety measures in the Company' s and Customer' s subdivisions.

2.10. Supervises the process of organization of periodic briefing, training and knowledge testing of employees on occupational health and safety of the Company' s and Customer' s personnel according to the norms and requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And keep the appropriate log on the organization of the mentioned briefing, training and knowledge testing.

2.11. Develops comprehensive plans to improve working conditions and monitors their implementation

2.12. Prepares summary reports, memos, references on the work of the Company and the Customer in the field of occupational health and safety

2.13. Develops regulatory legal acts (procedures, instructions and standards) in the field of occupational health and safety and ensures their availability in the Company and at the Customer

2.14. Prepares and submits within the established deadlines the reports On occupational injuries and diseases and Number of employees engaged in harmful and other adverse working conditions to the statistical authorities.

2.15. Considers proposals and applications of employees on issues within its competence.

2.16. Develops policies, monitors task performance, identifies hazards, conducts risk analysis, determines operational controls, assesses any changes affecting the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Protection, and Quality Management Systems, and participates in incident investigations when necessary.

2.17. Apply and adhere to safety and environmental protection requirements in the daily activities of the Company and the Client.

2.18. Observe potentially hazardous working conditions or practices and notify supervisor immediately.

2.19. Employees are responsible for their own safety and must ensure that safety practices are followed and the risk is zero in accordance with common sense before performing a task.
