Обязанности:
- Oversee and operate the pan mixer for dyestuff powder, ensuring accurate adherence to customer-specific recipes and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure color consistency and product quality align with specifications.
- Adjust formulations and troubleshoot mixing processes as needed for optimal results.
- Maintain records of production batches, inventory, and quality control results, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols, handling materials safely, and properly managing waste disposal.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with the Headquarters on any technical or process-related improvements.
- Serve as the primary representative of the company in the country, building relationships with key distributors, agents and other partners.
- Collaborate with customers, answer their questions, and solve their problems.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish and expand the company' s footprint in the local market, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and P& L management for the local subsidiary.
- Lead local hiring and personnel management, creating a cohesive team to support production and business activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in safety and environmental practices.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure business activities align with growth targets and company strategies.
- Report regularly to Headquarters, providing insights on market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics.
- Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in a dye house laboratory or dyestuff production setting.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, with strong skills in business development and team management.
- Excellent knowledge of dyestuff handling, formulation, color matching, and safety protocols.
- Strategic and financial acumen to drive business growth and manage budgets.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, team members, and corporate leadership.
- Written and spoken English communication skills proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree chemical engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of powder handling equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and testing procedures specific to dyestuff manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new operational environments.
