Vacancy: Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Processing and making payments to employees and suppliers through online banking
• Interaction with the bank on current financial issues
• Preparation and filing of tax returns, work with tax authorities
• Customs clearance and support
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment, interaction with suppliers
• Organization of technical maintenance of official vehicles
• Maintaining and systematizing financial documents, ensuring their correct storage

Requirements:

• Experience as an accountant from 3 to 6 years
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and document management
• Experience with online banking and payments
• Skills for interacting with banks and government agencies
• Confident use of office programs (Word, Excel)
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work with large amounts of information
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage
