• Participation in client projects
• Data collection and analysis
• Formulation and testing of hypotheses
• Development of recommendations
• Key project focus areas: services for the public sector

• Higher education in Economics, Humanities, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of public policy and government strategies
• Excellent report‑writing skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English
• Fast learner
• Result‑oriented mindset
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
