The Industry Relations and Consract Specialist works closely with students, faculty, administration, and businesses to help students gain the necessary professional skills for successful employment and fulfill the overall mission of the University.
As an IIndustry Relations and Consract Specialist, this position involves serving as a mentor and advisor, teaching students valuable professional development and life skills, organizing guest lectures, professional sessions, and more. They also facilitate connections between the university and businesses to provide students with internship and employment opportunities.
As a liaison between the university and the Ministry of Higher Education, they ensure the implementation of the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in their respective areas of activity

Responsibilities

Supporting students in developing professional skills in line with employer needs.

Developing, expanding, and improving the University' s curricular and extracurricular activities based on employer recommendations.

Monitoring, supporting, and developing existing and new partnerships with organizations.

Establishing new partnerships with local and international organizations, government agencies, and companies associated with the business and entrepreneurship ecosystem, in accordance with the Industry Collaboration Development Guidelines and the Organization Engagement Policy.

Monitoring and ensuring the effective operation of the University' s Career Center.

Participating in the development and implementation of entrepreneurship curricula conducting seminars facilitating the creation of student e-portfolios supporting students in developing academic, career, and personal/social skills, as well as in formulating goals and development plans.

Participating in the planning and organization of events (job fairs, advisory board meetings, panel interviews, guest speaker presentations, etc.).

Maintaining and organizing documentation on existing and prospective partnerships.

Organizing the collection and analysis of employer feedback, including post-internship surveys.
Data collection, timely reporting, and implementation of tasks as required by the Ministry of Education
