About the Company

Vertex is an international creative production studio working across CGI, AI and live action.

We develop advertising campaigns and visual concepts for global brands and agencies.

Clients include Adidas, Porsche, L’Oréal, Nissan, Hyundai and others.

We operate across EU / MENA / US markets in a fast-paced, high-communication environment.

Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

• Prepare and send quotes and commercial proposals to clients

• Organize calls, manage follow-ups, write structured recaps

• Maintain high-quality client communication and service

• Ensure all agreements and deadlines are met

• Take ownership of initiatives started by the Founder and drive them to completion

Conferences & Company Presence

• Research relevant conferences, exhibitions, interviews, and partnership opportunities

• Analyze agendas, speakers, and participants at events, suggest strategies

• Communicate with organizers on behalf of the company

• Initiate and coordinate company participation (booths, speaking opportunities,

partnerships)

• Manage the full cycle from idea to execution

Information Structuring & Reporting

• Research and collect relevant information

• Structure and maintain data in spreadsheets and reports

• Prepare presentations (clean, structured formatting, no advanced design skills required)

• Prepare materials for conferences, partnerships, and client meetings

Founder Support

• Support the Founder in testing new growth and promotion tools

• Organize client gifts (vendor search, coordination, delivery control)

• Ensure every task is completed end-to-end

Tools You Will Use

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Notion, Slack, Miro, Figma

• Various AI tools

Requirements

• ~2–3 years of experience (digital companies, creative agencies)

• Background in account management

• Fluent English (daily spoken and written communication)

• Strong digital literacy and fast learning ability

• Confident in visual tools (presentations, layouts, structure)

• Structured thinking and attention to detail

• Interest in AI tools and new technologies

• Able to work in a high-intensity communication environment
