We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, work with different hiring channels, and help close both mass and targeted positions.​​​​​​​

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment process

• Mass hiring and targeted candidate search

• Conducting interviews with candidates

• Posting job vacancies and managing incoming applications

• Working with CRM systems and Excel

• Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process

• Closing open positions within required timelines

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment

• Experience working with CRM systems and Excel

• Strong communication and interviewing skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Result-oriented and well-organized

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 – 19:00

• First month salary: fixed rate+ bonus

• Salary increases based on skills and performance

• Total income from 1500 USD and higher
