We’re looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team and help build and maintain our mobile applications. This is a fully remote, full-time position. Join our dynamic team and make a direct impact on real projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new features and modules for Android applications
• Maintaining and refactoring existing code
• Integrating with the backend (API, databases)
• Optimizing UI and animation performance
• Participating in code reviews and team meetings (Agile/Scrum)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of OOP and software design principles
• Understanding of MVP and MVVM architectures (MVI is welcome)
• Confident proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Git, Coroutines, RxJava, and Dagger2
• Experience in creating custom UI components
• Skills in working with animations: ObjectAnimator, Transition API
• Experience with SQL and Room (or equivalents)
• Ability to work in a team (communication, code review)
• Hands-on experience using LLM-based tools (e.g., Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in day-to-day development
• Basic understanding of LLM limitations and the ability to structure workflows with them in mind
• Ability to write precise and reproducible prompts for repeatable engineering tasks
• Ability to apply GenAI in code refactoring and enhancement (including Java/Kotlin), with a clear explanation of proposed changes and their impact on the system

Nice to Have:

• Experience in team development (Git Flow, CI/CD)
• Work with OpenGL and game engines (AndEngine or Unity)
• Publications of ready-made applications in Google Play (please ensure all relevant links are included in your resume)
• Using AI for legacy code analysis (e.g., detecting duplication, simplifying logic)
• Applying AI when investigating bugs, logs, and crash reports
• Basic understanding of approaches like semantic search or RAG
• Experience introducing simple AI practices into team workflows (e.g., prompt templates, basic guidelines)
