We are looking for a Public Aff. and Communications Associate to be a part of our Corporate Affairs team located in Kyrgyzstan.

• Implements the PR strategy developed by the Corporate Affairs team
• Collects information about the company’s external image
• Monitors consumer attitudes toward products (services) on social media by reviewing reports
• Monitors and processes requests from external stakeholders that carry reputational risks by tracking and promptly handling inquiries from the call center, social media, and other sources
• Conducts plant tours for visitors and university students
• Participates in internal communications and in the onboarding of new employees into the company culture
• Prepares materials for official publications
• Establishes contacts with media representatives and distributes necessary information to the media
• Takes part in exhibitions and presentations organized by the company, as well as in events conducted jointly with other organizations
• Prepares speeches and materials (including slides and videos) for press conferences, press releases, etc.
• Coordinates external communication activities: manages the corporate Instagram page as well as the pages of the company’s social projects
• Prepares reports and proposals for various projects
• Communicates with advertising agencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Media and Communications, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, corporate affairs and communications
• Key soft skills: effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English, Russian and Kyrgyz languages.
