Your day-to-day:

• Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance market presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Premium Brands team, Consumer Experience, Consumer Activation, Trade Strategy, Sales to ensure brand consistency
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns – new launches, portfolio support & digital programs
• Work with agencies for the creation of high quality creative content (consumer engagement, image building materials, TPOSM etc.)
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and campaign effectiveness
• Support with operational & administrative tasks (PO creation, document workflow)
• Ensure all branding activities comply with regulatory requirements in the tobacco industry.

Who we' re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing (preferably in FMCG)
• Strong analytical and research skills to track market trends and performance
• Creativity and innovation in storytelling and campaign development
• Proactive, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tobacco regulations and compliance is a plus.
