IFRS Accountant (Family Office) / Бухгалтер МСФО

Format: Distant, 5/2, service contract with US entity.

Reporting to: Head of Family Office

Objective: To maintain accounting records of the assets, liabilities, and transactions of several clients in Xero or a similar system in order to prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of clients’ assets, liabilities, and transactions in accordance with IFRS principles.
• Collect, verify, systematise, and store source documents.
• Upload and reconcile bank statements, monitor asset movements and payments.
• Close reporting periods, including revaluation of assets and liabilities in multiple currencies.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual reports: Balance Sheet, P& L, Cash Flow.
• Calculate applicable tax accruals and monitor payment deadlines.
• Prepare and update cash flow and tax forecasts based on provided data.
• Support requests from the head of the family office and external counterparties within the scope of responsibility.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an IFRS accountant or financial accountant.
• Experience maintaining accounting records for multiple legal entities / structures simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Understanding of the structure of the Balance Sheet, P& L, and Cash Flow.
• Confident Excel user.
• Knowledge of 1C is a plus.
• Experience with or deep understanding of Xero / Zoho / QuickBooks.
• English: at least Intermediate level (for working with documents and communication).
• Accuracy, high discipline, and ability to handle large volumes of work.
• A professional accountant certificate is an advantage.
