SCT Chemicals is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations and executive coordination.

🚨 Important: English is the working language of the company. Candidates without fluent English will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Full calendar and schedule management of the Director
Business correspondence and communication in English (emails, calls, documents)
Organization of meetings, travel, and business trips
Preparation of reports, presentations, and documents in English
Coordination between departments and follow-up on tasks
Administrative and operational support
Handling confidential information and documents
Requirements
2–4+ years experience as Personal / Executive Assistant
Fluent English (C1+ level, spoken and written) — mandatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of responsibility and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office
Nice to have
Experience in UAE / international companies
Experience in manufacturing / trading companies
Russian language is a plus
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
