This full-time internship lasts for 6-9 months and allows you to experience the real job that Finance professionals do at P& G. From Day 1, with support and coaching from your manager, you will lead projects related to business analysis, financial data management, and reporting – all aspects of international finance job.

We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from numerous colleagues in various departments. The internship will give you a great understanding of P& G’s corporate culture, while developing your skills to be a future business leader.

During your internship, P& G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have a mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P& G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.

Examples of possible Finance Internship projects:

• Competitive Landscape Analysis for P& G, assessment of investment decisions, category portfolio analysis and marketing spending analysis

• Cost Saving opportunities across different spend pools related to distribution, promotion, manufacturing and logistics costs, cost forecasting and working on material sourcing

• F& A processes efficiency & automation recommendations, e.g., profit forecasting, budgeting for our business units, cash collection, external financial reporting

Compensation & benefits

• Monthly salary 80 000 RUR gross

• Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance (5 000 RUR gross)

• Relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region

Qualifications

• 3+ year students and graduates with any higher education degree

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Strong analytical skills and passion for solving logic/algebra-based problems

• Strong data manipulation skills (preferably in Excel)

• Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
