POSITION SUMMARY:

The Events Project Manager will play a key role in managing and ensuring the flawless execution of Cartier image events, including participation in development of local event strategy and planning.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Senior Event Manager to develop and execute event plans
• Partner with HQ teams to validate concepts and content
• Partner with other departments and teams (PR & Media, CRM, HJ and Product managers) an develop event briefs, targets and budgets
• Responsible for creative concepts, production management and other image event details (identify event partner or target audience, work with vendors to arrange event details such as catering, décor, etc.) all in keeping with the high standards of the brand
• Manage image event related details, including vendor relationships, contract process, lists and follow up
• Work with legal to develop contracts for all vendors and manage negotiation as needed
• Manage digital tools used for events
• Develop targeting strategy with CRM team and boutiques to ensure a successful event
• Responsible for development and tracking of event ROI
• Prepare post event recaps

• Experience managing events successfully on site and ability to handle simultaneous tasks

• Budget management and trouble-shooting
• Anticipate event logistics, including potential issues and resolution of conflicts and problems during event execution
