1 . OBJECT

1.1. Selective process for hiring a Technical Assistant to work at Brazilian Embassy in Nur-Sultan.

2. SALARY AND CONDITIONS OF WORK

2.1. The basic monthly salary will amount to KZT 436.590.

2.2. The selected candidate will be enrolled in the social security system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, irrespective of his or her nationality.

2.3. The labor contract shall be governed by the labor laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The approval in the selection process does not imply an employment relationship with the Public Service of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

3.1. The applicant must have:

3.1.1. University degree in Translation, International relations, Business Administration or related fields

3.1.2. At least four years of professional experience as a translator/interpreter

3.1.3. Proficiency of internet and computer applications (operation of browsers , FTP , transfer of files, remote access to sources of information, etc.) and of text editing programs, spreadsheets and databases

3.1.4. Oral and written fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an asset.

4. DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

4.1. Regardless of nationality, the applicant must submit the following documents:

4.1.1. Identification that proves regular residence status and legal permission to engage in paid employment in the Republic of Kazakhstan

4.1.2. Certificate of physical and mental fitness issued by an official institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

4.1.3. Curriculum vitae and a cover letter in English

4.1.4. Absence of a criminal record

4.2. In the case of a Brazilian candidate, the following is required:

4.2.1. Declaration that he/she is not an active public servant of the Government of Brazil

5. REGISTRATION

5.1. The candidate should send an email containing only a resume and a cover letter, in PDF format, to the e-mail address of the Embassy (indicated in section Контактная информация ), with the subject AT Selective Process 2022 , between 00:00 (GMT) of 15/06/2022 and 23:59 of 30/06/2022.

5.2. The following contact details must be included in the curriculum:

5.2.1. Contact telephone number

5.2.2. Email and

5.2.3. Home address.

5.3. Additional letters of reference may be attached to the email, if any.

5.4. Will be disregarded and discarded:

5.4.1. Emails containing the curriculum in the body of the message and not in the attached PDF file

5.4.2. E-mails containing curriculum in a language other than English

5.4.3. Emails whose total number of attachments exceeds 500 KB in size

5.4.4. Emails sent outside of the application period.

6. STAGES OF THE SELECTIVE PROCESS

6.1. The selection process will be composed of three stages:

6.1.1. Between 01/07 and 03/07/2022: curriculum analysis, in which all registered candidates who complied with item 5.1 of this document will participate

6.1.2. Between 11/07 and 12/07/2020: presentation of documents and a written test, in which only the candidates selected after the curriculum analysis will participate and

6.1.3. Between 20/07 and 21/07/2020: oral interview, test of language proficiency and usage of information technologies, in which only the candidates selected after the written test will participate.

6.2. Only the candidates selected in the first stage will be contacted.

7. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

7.1. The candidates will be eliminated if:

7.1.1. Presenting false information

7.1.2. Failing to submit required documents

7.1.3. Failing to present themselves for the face-to-face stages within specified time frames.

7.2. The candidates who were not selected will become a part of a roster (within 12 months).

7.3. Candidates of the roster will be contacted in accordance with the rank received in the selection process.
