At Siberian.pro, we develop award-winning mobile applications and web services that have been featured in the majority of top-tier ratings since 2015. Now we are looking for a Head of Sales with proven experience in and knowledge of doing business with English-speaking clients from the US, Canada, Great Britain, Europe, Australia, and other countries.

Our team operates as a teal organization with horizontal management that enables more comfortable and equal relationships across the company. Our 90+ software development professionals are located in various cities of the world and we are looking for you to join our distributed team from whatever city you are in.

We are searching not for a mere employee but for a result-driven dedicated partner who can be fully in charge of our international sales and build this new avenue of our business from the ground up. If you are the one, your gender, education level, and marital status don’t matter to us.


- Elaborating on the ICP and our USP for the international market in collaboration with our marketing team

- Choosing the most promising sales channels to quickly get first SQLs

- Building the most effective sales funnel for each of the chosen sales channels

- Lead generation and sales process engineering and introduction thereof throughout our sales team

- Creating an extensive knowledge base for our sales team and keeping it up to date

- Ongoing hypothesis testing in lead generation and sales

- Hiring new lead generation and sales professionals for our team

- Organizing an ongoing education for our sales team members

- Working with our marketing and delivery teams on improving cross-departmental liaisons

- Analyzing statistics to prepare reports for our senior management on further improvements in the sales process

- Building a reliable account management process to improve customer service and extend LTV

- Helping other team members in the most difficult sales cases.


- Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 is a must)

- Experience in IT sales for at least 3 years

- Proven track record of work as a Head of Sales for at least 1 year

- Well-versed in IT (knowledge of mobile development processes will be an advantage)

- Hands-on experience with Upwork for at least 2 years

- Understanding of prospecting on LinkedIn using various automation tools

- Solid negotiation skills

- Understanding the contracts and invoicing with international clients

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable team player.
